  2. The company provides a 30-day termination option within the Customer Service Agreement.
  3. The company does not employ physicians to perform medical necessity verifications.
  4. The company maintains annual training requirements or an internal educational curriculum.
  5. The company discloses that it is not affiliated with the VA and that free alternative options are available to veterans prior to signing the Customer Service Agreement.
  6. The company protects Veteran data and shares it only in accordance with federal law and with appropriate consent or authorization.
  7. No kick-backs or referral fees unless disclosed and in accordance with state and federal laws and guidelines.
